I walked into a bookstore, told the woman that I needed a scary book to keep me awake on the set during late shoots. I told her I didn't enjoy excessive gore, sex, and language. She handed me this book and said "This is perfect for you." I took on a really long night shoot and man did it work! This is expertly written and so creepy! I love the FBI profiler and how she is a strong woman but not the stereotypical butch "woman in a mans world" character that is way too overdone. The way she is written is much more real. This is a page turner!
