Chuck's writing is entertaining. It's an easy read - although I like his thoughts in Killing a Dinosaur more because they are more original, he still goes off on some interesting tangets. Occasionally he glorifies drugs (not that it's bad - I'm OK with it, but it's not my bag. Although I'm sure the anti-drug campaign has made cocaine seem worse than it is, I have no desire to snort anything up my nose), often he talks about his relationships, death of musicans, and has some interesting insights. I especially like his honesty. Talking about death, thoughts of suicide - I know I've had those passing thoughts, but it takes balls to admit it. What I didn't like was all this talk about his girlfriends. Yes, it was amusing at first, but he hung on to it for far too long. A must read? No way. But it's a pleasant way to pass the time.
