really liked it
Read from February 17 to 25, 2010

I read STILL ALICE for my book club. It's about a Harvard psychology professor succumbing to early-onset Alzheimer's disease. It's powerful, fascinating, and heart-breaking. I recommend it to anyone dealing with a friend or family member who has Alzheimer's because the book, though it's fiction, has a lot of factual information about the disease, support groups, etc.

Liz I loved this heartbreaking book. I read it in one weekend. I simply could not put it down.

Margot I have been wanting to read this book. My sister loved it. Our mother has dementia. It is on my pile of books--and I need to move it to the top! Thanks.
