It might get 5 stars. I really enjoyed the book although it wasn't as fast paced as the previous two books in the series. I enjoyed at times the slowness of the book and getting to see more of Katniss and seeing her with her faults and frailties. I thought this book portrayed Katniss in a way that you could see the affects of the Hunger Games in not only her, but the other victors. It was tragic in the lives that were lost to end the rebellion and it was tragic to see Gale and Peeta. The book ended the only way I think it could have ended. Choices were made and hearts broken and hearts mended. War is never pretty and lives are never the same once it is over. I was happy with the ending.
