Everyone has a half,another part of them, a completion to their personality and well being. “I never had a brain until freak came along.” Woefully, this is Maxwell. A boy very large in stature and physical strength, but not the brightest light on a chrismas tree. Maxwell then meets his opposite , Freak. A boy with a mind bigger than his body. Freak with the intellectual power of Maxwell's body, and Maxwell with the strength equal to Freaks intelligence. Together these boys are a invincible pair, like ebony and ivory , or Freak the mighty are the very definition of brotherly love, friendship, and loyalty towards each other.
