Fantastic! An epic novel spanning several generations of a Greek family as they flee from Turkey, settling in Detroit with a cousin. The story, narrated by Calliope who is genetically male but was raised female, is told in both first and third person and encompasses a lot of history. It is a compelling story - couldn't put it down, but hated to have it come to an end. I highly recommend it.
