My long-time friend, Jay Todd, wrote this true account of Creed Hammond who won two national championships in track in 1919. His coach at the University of Pennsylvania was very upseat with him because he refused to drink wine before the competition. All Latter-day Saint children should read this book about the Word of Wisdom. The illustrations by Richard Brown are also very well-done.
