Kissing Coffins picked up from where Vampire Kisses had left off: Raven finding out that Alexander is a vampire. Okay, so I gave this series another shot and I am happy to say that I am revived. Somewhat.

The plot was still very loose and hard to understand. Way to many sudden decisions made by the characters (Alexander's mainly) made it had to know what was going on in the book.

It was too ironic to find out that Alexander went to the same town where Raven's aunt lives and more so, it's spring break. Way, way, way to predictable. I would have rather preferred that her (Raven) parents forced her to go visit her aunt and then she'd find out that Alexander was there. I just found that annoying. I was shaking my head the whole time.

I also felt that Raven was even less the Raven she was in the first book. She was even more perky and happy going and I felt she had lost some of her independence. She was also not fighting with Trever more, something I was looking forward too.
