it was amazing

This is a "progressively lipogrammatic epistolary fable." A what you say? In plain speak, it's a novel of letters--literally. Ella lives on a mythical island off South Carolina named for Nevin Nollop. One night letters start to drop off the Nollop Memorial Statue and the totalitarian town Council decrees that those letters can no longer be used for communication. They also disappear from the book! Ella finds herself at the center of a struggle to save Nollopers from the Council's ruling.
Don't spoil the fun by peeking ahead. Just read, enjoy an hilarious adventure, and be amazed.
This is a fantastic, fun novel that has earned a spot on my All-time Top 10 Favorites list.
