This is a must read for anyone that wants to transform their way of thinking, one day at a time.... One of the opening quotes says it all...
Often people attempt to live their lives backwards:they try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want so that they will be happier. The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do, in order to have what you want.
-Margaret Young
The whole point of the book is to find your authentic self.
"Every day, your own true path leads you to a happier, more fulfilling and contented way of life-the state of grace known as Simple Abundance"
It's a book I keep in my night stand to pull out when I need to be centered in what I truly want in my life.
