Great book, incredible history behind the "food pyramid" and how enough money can buy your product a vote of support from the government, and a shady nod of permission to do whatever you have to do to make more money.

Because the talk I'm doing won't focus on supplements/herbs, I skimmed those parts, but this book is really quite interesting. As some other reviewers have said, it's a little more like a textbook than pop lit, so prepare yourself, and you'll be pleasantly surprised! :)
