A funeral, a strange mark on the wrist, and a Dark Room. This is how Prophecy of the Sisters begins.

Prophecy of the Sisters is the story of twin sisters, Lia and Alice. Lia and Alice are part of a prophecy that has been passed down from generation to generation. One twin has the power to save the world, the other, the power to destroy the world.

I really enjoyed reading this book. Michelle Zink creates a world that is both beautiful and scary at the same time. Her writing was descriptive and the main characters were well developed. It was refreshing to read a book geared to young adults that did not have any swearing, nudity, or sex.

I can't wait to read the next book.
