 rating: 5 of 5 stars OMG! Harry Potter 7 is the best book in the whole world! It was a great book but now I'm really sad that it's over. The whole series is done with. So sad. I almost cried after I finished reading the book. Not because it was a sad ending, but because it's so sad that the series is over now. I've been reading those books for half my life! Harry Potter has been such a big part of my life for so long it's sad to see it end. Anyhoo, here's my summary of the book and if you don't want the book spoiled for you I suggest you stop reading. MY SUMMARY: Harry says goodbye to the Dursleys for one last time and is picked up by the Order of the Phoenix to be transported to the Burrow. Mad Eye Moody dies along the way. and George's ear gets cut off. Harry goes to Bill and Fleur's wedding and kisses Ginny because he can't help himself but then he has to break it off again because he's worried about her safety. Harry, Ron and Hermione go stay in Grimmauld place for a while for their safety then they go camping in a different spot every few nights to avoid being caught by Voldemort and the Death Eaters, who have now taken over the ministry. They go searching for the rest of the Horcruxes. Ron gets pissed at Harry for not having a plan and ditches him and Hermione for like 3 months. In the meantime, Harry and Hermione keep going on their destroy the horcruxes misson. Then Ron comes back and helps destroy one of the Horcruxes. They get captured by people who take them to the Malfoy Manor. There they escape with Dobby's help, but Dobby dies by Bellatrix stabbing him. They spend a few days/weeks at Bill and Fleur's house then go to get another Horcrux out of the Lestrange's Gringotts vault and are almost captured but escape on a blind dragon. Harry finds out about three things called the deathly hallows which make you the master of death but since voldemort doesn't know about them he decides to destroy the Horcruxes instead of finding the Hallows. Blah blah blah... They g and have a last battle at Hogwarts where everyone is involved and lots of people die. Percy comes back to his family, Fred dies, Tonks and Lupin, who were married, die, Colin Creevey dies, basically, lots of people die. The diadem of Ravenclaw which is a Horcrux gets destroyed and all that needs to be done for Voldemort to die is to kill nagini then oldemort. Snape is killed by Nagini on voldemort's orders but before he dies, gives Harry his memories which reveal that he had been in love with Harry's mom. Also, you find out that Dumbledore was slowly dying anyway and had asked snape to kill him so Snape is actually good, or was, since he's now dead. Neville kills Nagini.Harry realizes he is a Horcrux and accepts that he has to die. He uses this thing called the resurrection stone which is one of the hallows, to talk to his dead loved ones. Voldemort uses the killing curse on him and they are both taken to a place which is the passing place between life and death. Harry is rid of the part of Voldemort's soul that was in him and has a discussion with Dumbledore, who is dead, while Voldemort is this mutilated demon infant thing writhing in the background that Dumbledore says to ignore. Harry comes back completely rid of the part of voldemrt's soul that was in him. and so does Voldemort, who thinks he killes Harry. Harry fakes dead for a while then comes back when no one is paying attention. Then there is this huge battle where everyone's fighting and Mrs. Weasley calls Bellatrix a bitch. Then Harry has a battle with Voldemort and Voldemort dies. Then there is a 19 years later epilogue. Harry is married to ginny and has 3 kids named James, Albus Severus, and Lily. Ron and Hermione are married and have kids names Hugo and Rose. The Very Happy End

 Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has some of my favorite moments in the whole series!!!!! These are my 3 favorite moments! Enjoy!
 
 1. Mrs. Weasley to Bellatrix Lestrange on page 736 " 'NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU BITCH!' " Shortly after this exclamation, she kills Bellatrix with a curse that hits her in the heart.
 
 2. "Somwhere in the corridors they could hear Peeves zooming through the corridors singing a victory song of his own composition:
 We did it, we bashed them, wee Potter's the one,
 And Voldy's gone moldy, so now let's have fun!"
 
 3. The Ron/Hermione Kiss
 " 'Hang on a moment!' said Ron sharply. 'We've forgetten someone!'
 
 'Who?' asked Hermione.
 
 'The house elves, they'll all be down in the kitchen, won't they?'
 
 'You mean we ought to get them fighting?' asked Harry.
 
 'No,' said Ron seriously,'I mean we should tell them to get out. We don't want any more Dobbies do we? (Dobby died earlier in the book) We can't order them to die for us----'
 
 There was a clatter as the basilisk fangs cascaded out of Hermione's arms. Running at Ron, she flung them around his neck and kissed him full on the mouth. Ron threw away the fangs and broomstick he was holding and responded with such enthusiasm that he lifted Hermione off her feet.
 
 'Is this the moment?' Harry asked weakly, and when nothing happened except that Ron and Hermione gripped each other still more firmly and swayed on the spot, he raised his voice. 'OI! There's a war going on here!'
 
 Ron and Hermione broke apart, their arms still around each other.
 
 'I know mate," said Ron, who looked as though he had recently been hit on the head with a bludger, 'so it's now or never isn't it?' "
