it was amazing

Omega 3 fats from seafood and fish are essential to the body and especially the brain. Our brain cells require Omega 3 fats like bones need calcium. If you eat a diet rich in seafood and Omega-3's, you will reduce the rate of aging and you will feel younger and healthier.
