I really enjoyed this book. It was well written and witty. The main character is fat but is also smart, funny and has friends. Although he does get picked on, he's not some cowering slob drooling in the back of the room. The premise of the book wasn't very believable and I didn't really like the ending, but in all I thought this was well done. The characters were well developed and not as stereotypical as some teen novels.
