I really enjoyed this novel. It's about a kid who's rendered mute by a tragic event at the age of eight and while growing up in his Uncle's care, he discovers he has an affinity for figuring out locks. He eventually gets mixed up with the wrong people and that leads him to becoming a safecracker. Great character work, engaging plotting, and just enough to heart. An easy recommendation.
