I got this little gem as a signed gift from the author before the holidays but couldn't get to it until now. Never having read her before I wasn't sure what to expect but the first few pages grab your attention right quick. I really enjoyed this and read through it right quick.

The plot was original and the characters engaging. It opens where the main character is meeting an ex-boyfriend at a remote site to hash out some lingering issues and as he gets in her car, a masked gunman jumps in and demands their cell phones, then puts the gun in the woman's hand and squeezes to shoot the ex. Now her prints are on a gun that kills him and the cops are on their way....
If you like romantic suspense I don't think you'll be disappointed.
