This was a quick and fluffy read, but still enjoyable. Emily is a grown daughter trying to come to grips with a father that unexpectedly left the family when she was 5, and a mother who just discovered a lump in her breast. The story is told with lots of humor, but as a reader you still feel the angst that Emily goes through daily. Not great literature, but a good story.
