** spoiler alert ** I enjoyed the first half of this book much more than the last, although I do think it was well-written. I felt like the author did a great job of the grief process at first--but to me it was a little to "cut and dried" by the end. The lead character seemed to heal and move on far more quickly than I think would really happen, given the level of loss she'd experienced. But the story and characters were enjoyable. I experienced both tears and laughter during this read.
