I did not read Pride and Prejudice, so I cannot compare the two, though people tell me that adding the zombies is HILARIOUS if you've read the original.
I don't care. I loved this book.
Well-written and -paced, this novel is extraordinarily entertaining, and never tries to be anything but.
If you enjoy zombie stories (meaning: if you have a pulse), this book is for you. Lit geeks and hardcore nerds alike will find it engrossing and satisfying, and even straight-laced normalnics will find themselves tense through the fights, mildly disturbed by the gore, and ultimately fulfilled by the story.

5 out of 6.

Verity It's horrible and sacrilegious that you haven't read Pride and Prejudice. I just thought I would say that. Also, congratulations on your impending nuptials. :)
