really liked it
bookshelves: food

A little repetitive at times, but I think Pollan did that for the people who might not be reading cover to cover. Nicely written and researched overall, and very handy supplemental material to go with the stuff I learned in my gen ed nutrition class freshman year. It solidified some things and debunked others. It's always good to know what to eat, and I'm glad to know that there is a name for the diet I have already picked up (flexitarian) and that it's healthy and somewhat "good" for the environment.
