I found this book really intriguing. While I had a basic understanding of the social media marketing approach, I learned quite a few times from this book. David does a great job of giving his straight-forward advice and input while throwing in appropriate examples in along the way. All in all, this book brings together a great overview of the options we now have in today's marketing and public relations world. While there are some that still want to stick solely to the older, traditional means of marketing, the scene has changed, and businesses (especially the small businesses) need to look at the new interactive ways to reach and engage with their customers! I highly recommend that you all read this book if you have not done so already!
