I'm biased, because I love the website, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well this book was written. It gives a basic overview of how to make a healthy lifestyle change by taking small steps to improve your diet and fitness and then building on gradually from there.

Chris Downie's story is amazing....he earned a large amount of money from selling his start-up online auction site to Ebay, and he decided to start a FREE weight loss/exercise site that has helped thousands. He is down-to-earth and motivational in a very simple, humble way.

My only critique would be that I would like more recipes, but I can always find those on the FREE Sparkrecipes.com companion site!
