really liked it

I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but most of my favorite Hunan foods are in it and the ingredients look spot on and the photos are gorgeous. This one is going to be fun to experiment with.

Tylerstc I saw this book really quickly in B&N. It looked amazing.

Mellisa It is amazing! It has all the classics - including toffee bananas. It's really beautiful. Definitely worth picking up a copy. You'll be so glad you did although don't hold me responsible if you decide to buy out your local Chinese grocery and hole yourself up in your home cooking nothing but Hunanese food for the rest of the year :P
