While there are all kinds of people quoted saying that she is just as good as the other female British writers of her time - like Agatha Christie - I don't particularly care for her writing. Too emotional and occasionally hard to follow. The mystery itself is good, but I was tempted to put it down midway through, which I'm never tempted to do with a Nero Wolfe mystery.
