Still another enjoyable Card novel. However...

With this series ending, I have, for the most part, very much enjoyed the characters Card has introduced or further introduced, with one exception. The exception would be Peter Wiggin. Am I to understand that this is the same Peter Wiggin that would with cunning and ruthlessness unite Earth forever under one government and be the polar opposite of Valentine in Ender's mind? Compare the Peter Wiggin in this book with the Peter Wiggin in Children of the Mind. There is either a discrepancy between the character in these two books, or this is the way that Card intended to make Peter, in which case it is just a weaker character...
