it was amazing
bookshelves: action-adventure, politics
Read in November, 2002

This is Le Carre’s third best book (After The Spy Who Came in from the Cold and Single and Single ). This is the second in the trilogy that begins with Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy and ends with Smiley’s People , in which George Smiley leads British Intelligence against the KGB and his nemesis Karla. This is the best of the trilogy, but still it would be a more enjoyable experience if one read Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy first.
