Great all-around business and leadership book. If you're gonna read only one, this should be it. It went from theory right down into actionable practices to make your business and your leadership more effective.
And then he ends the book with the obligatory "If I had to do it all over again, I'd spend more time with my family." Bullshit. I think this may have something to do with the fact that his wife wrote the book with him. Though a great leader, he was also an egomaniac. Just don't get too sucked in to his whole scheme.
