Jeanne's review
High Five (A Stephanie Plum Novel) by Janet Evanovich
Her family gets Stephanie on the search for her missing uncle, a penny-pincher who is not missed by his wife. Stephanie finds herself smack dab in the middle of a police investigation.
Trying to make rent, she takes a few small jobs (no pun intended) and asks Ranger for some work. Things just don't seem to go Stephanie's way, but she makes it through intact, though her vehicular body count is high.
Between Morelli and Ranger, Stephanie's love life is getting complicated. At the end of the book, she invites one of them over, but Evanovich doesn't share which. My vote, Morelli, but I guess we'll see next time.
