This book's title is by far my favorite title of all time. After reading the book I find it extremely powerful and effective. Koryta really delves into the complexity of Lincoln in this novel. He's not a "perfect" protagonist and I LOVE that. He's a real person with flaws. And Joe is his perfect complament.
