For anyone who started to fall in love with Michael and Nightshade in THE MAGIC KNOT [Goddess knows, I sure did!:], you will LOVE where the journey takes these two in THE PHOENIX CHARM.

Also, we get to see more into Troy, the enigmatic father of Michael and Niall, and WOW, talk about an amazing character. A new character named Devin is also introduced, and Crikey O'Malley, he is SCENE STEALER. Every moment with him is unforgettable.

The heroine, Cordelia is very likable, and as a cat lover, the connection with her familiar, Tamsy made me smile CONSTANTLY. Cordelia is also a perfect match for Michael for reasons that became incredibly surprising.

The action and adventure of this story keep me constantly on the edge of my seat... this was definitely "could not put it down" material.
