Read in December, 2009

I've read these 51 poems three times. I will read them again and again in order to mine all their riches. They are stark, stoic, embedded in the marrow-mind of humankind. The jacket blurb describes the book as "mesmerizing...spoken in the collective voice of nomadic hunter-gatherers...a poetic cycle unique in contemporary literature."
