it was amazing

Devoured it like a WHOLE bag of my favorite candy. Dialogue: magnificent. Characterization: marvelous. Plot: hilarious. Timing, segueys: all excellent. A perfect romance novel.

A brilliant physicist in her 30s tries to impregnate herself by a "dumb" pro football player because she longs for a child, one without her high IQ so the child can have a better shot at a more "normal" life.

Awesome funniness: when she uses kitchen utensils and random tools to dismantle the front gate, rig all the entrances and dismantle the intercom system to lock him out of the house. And he is furious with her because she didn't do anything for the second floor, assuming he was too old/injured to climb up to overcome her obstacles, thus insulting his capability. The battle of age/gender/brain/brawn/will -- it's ON, baby!
