Gaiman binge #4:

Woah. This is like Lewis Carroll on acid (& he was already on something wasn't he). Spacey. Alice in Wonderland meets Coraline. I like Dave McKean's illustrations--a sophisticated picture book is such a great way for a kid to read, 'get' and enjoy an otherwise complicated short story. I do love the humor in Gaiman's writing, as per usual, but I think it would take a certain type of kid to really get and enjoy this as it's not overly palatable. I'm certain they're out there though.

Apparently it's a film. Might need to check it out.
