Wizard and Glass (The Dark Tower, Book 4) by Stephen King
Fans of the Dark Tower series will appreciate this one. King spends the majority of Wizard and Glass expounding on the gunslinger mythology and specifically Roland's killer back story. Since this is one of my favorite aspects of the series, I thoroughly enjoyed it. But, if you've made it to book 4, you've probably already come to a similar conclusion...
