For those who like history! This book is the detailed story of the election of 1800 which ended in an Electoral College Tie between Thomas Jefferson and Arron Burr. I learned so much in this book about political parties, how they got started in America, and how our Constitution is written to facilitate two-party rule. The story of the campaign brought to mind our current election and proves the point that there is nothing new under the sun.
