♥ Ibrahim ♥ Jamey, are you related to the author? You seem to share the same last name "Hecht". I thought of you immediately when I started reading the book. Curiously, what makes the book a "real gem"? Thanks.

Jamey Hi Ibrahim. Yes, Jennifer is my sister. I had used the phrase "real gem" as an affectionate nod to her, because years before that, she had used the same phrase to review my first book, "Plato's Symposium: Eros and the Human Predicament." Her book "Doubt" is too big rightly to be called a "gem," but it's an excellent work of wit, insight, and erudition. I recommend it with all my heart.
Sincerely,
Jamey
