109504 Hey, Jim, how coincidental that we're both reading this! I wonder why?

141341 Actually, my copy is still in the mail, so I'm not really reading it yet. But I will. I had this strange urge to read a few short mystery stories, sort of a change of pace....

335159 And don't you have something else to add about this book, Jim?

141341 Yes, Ruth. Clifford Garstang has a story listed in the back of Best American Mystery Stories, 2007 as one of the year's 30 "Distinguished Stories."

And amazingly, I do, too.

141341 Our stories aren't in the book, Kathy, just list among those that didn't quite make the book. (No reason not to read Best American Mystery Stories, just saying...)

The story of mine listed is "The Accomplished Son," which you've already read, I'll bet, in TKTLB.
