** spoiler alert ** I loved this book. I enjoyed how it started out with Sara and her sister arguing but making up. I thought it was going to start off as a happy book where Sara was going to be with Tess when she had the baby, but turned into horror when Tess was injured.

As the book progressed adn you read about Lena not being on the police force and being a security guard at a college. It seems like Lena wants to be left alone but also wants everyone to be there for her. She can't make her mind up what she wants. When she meets Ethan, she lets him hurt her and than covers up for him but than she feels she likes him. By the end of the book she has decided to leave him alone.

As for the killer, it was a shocker to read that Lena could of possibly killed Chuck. She has the knife that killed him in her possession. Actually it wouldn't surprise me that she killed him because he did try to get her to do things to him that she would rather die than do. With her ptsd it wouldn't surprise me if she snapped and killed him.

I love Karin Slaughter books and I can't wait to read the next one.
