Jerl's review
Pop Goes The Weasel by James Patterson
5th installment in the Alex Cross series... the plot is not as original as the series has been accustomed to. I've seen the whole "Diplomatic Immunity" thing done plenty, but there are some good variations to the "same ol' tale".
There are definately some semi-frustrating reoccurring themes starting to take form, especially Alex's relationships with women, and the "escape artist" bad guys. I can live with it, but it is a little discouraging for the series.
