An interesting perspective from a pipe smoking, beer guzzling, hippie loving, politically liberal, "Christian"? Everything about this book seems to be a contradiction, but it works so magnificently. Filled with humor and true grit (For daring to write such a book), Donald Miller goes where no christian author that I have read has ever gone before.

A trully inspirational masterpiece for those who struggle with "religion" and the negative vibes some people have when they hear the word "Christian".

I encourage anyone who is struggling with the idea of Church, Religion, and Christianity to read this book. I would also encourage people to check out Ted Dekkers thoughts and ideas of religion on his web site. It might just give you a different perspective of what a christian is and should be about.
