There were a few bits of this that I didn't love, like the use of the word oogie, but the larger storyline was great and I liked the art a lot. I really enjoyed Sebastian and his beast, and all of the carnival business--I'm looking forward to more of that! I will agree with Pam's review--goth men are not hot. oh Max, so pretty, yet so unappealing.

LadyM Yeah, I agree wih everything you're saying here. I'm really glad you read it! I just read the 5th trade in the series and was so disappointed that I'm not sure I want to continue reading more. I think there are a couple more good trades in store for you though before the narraive just gets a bit...lazy?
