Mary's review
Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand
I remember starting this book once, when I was a freshman in high school. Many of my family members had read it, and said it was worth reading (even my dad, who is picky and extreme by many people's standards). However, I didn't finish it at that time, probably due to the more in-depth nature of the analysis, and because of my teenage activity-packed life. At any rate, I picked up a first edition at a garage sale, and it is currently my "car book," which I read anytime I am left waiting in the car. So far, it is quite mentally stimulating, although not as entertaining as I had hoped. I will update my opinion as I get further into the book.
