Won this on GR...can't wait to read it!
ETA - This is unlike the usual books I read, in that the deepest I usually go into the thriller category is James Peterson's Women's Murder Club books and Patricia Cornwell's Scarpetta series. And my affinity to those books is tied to the fact that I have gotten to know the characters over the course of the series and look forward to learning more about their lives. However, I entered to win this with the hope that I could pass it on to my husband, who is a big fan of Harlan Coben and David Baldacci.
I am happy to say that I will definitely be passing this on to him, as I think he will really enjoy it. And although it's outside my usual box, I was captured by this book from the first chapter, and the events of it were not far from my mind from the moment I started to the moment I read the last page. I felt an immediate connection to the main character, and throughout the whole story, I felt myself rooting for him. And I really enjoyed the twists and turns of the events...and the twists and turns came fast and furious. It kept me guessing until the last page, and I will definitely look for more from this author as he continues writing!

I'm glad you posted your review of the book. I won this book, as well, but I'm really struggling to get into it. I'm hoping this week will be less hectic and I'll be able to concentrate on it. :) Your review gives me hope that my lack of reading is a "me" thing and not the book's fault. :) I'm glad you liked it!
