I love Steven Pinker, and this was a great book. However, I am already familiar with most of the arguments and research he discussed (and I was very distracted when I was reading with it), so I don't think I enjoyed it as much as I could have. I like "How the Mind Works" the most (also see "The Language Instinct," another great book by Pinker).
