it was ok
bookshelves: fantasy, urban-fantasy, teen

Little (Grrl) Lost was a disappointment. It seemed as though it was written hastily, tossed off perhaps to fulfill contractual obligations or someone told deLint that it was time for another teen book.
It seemed to be part of a story that was being told elsewhere, and full of characters who are so sketchy that I could only assume that their stories had already been told in another book and I was supposed to know about them already.
It is too bad. I like the premise a lot and wanted more than I got. I like deLint as an author, but I guess they can't all be good.
