Non-fiction in small doses is perfect for me, and I really like the length of Gladwell's essays...they're complex enough that he's weaving together several examples in support of his arguments, but not feeding you chapter upon chapter. I find myself talking about his ideas in conversation pretty regularly. In this book, he talks about how often changing the rules of the battle are more effective than fighting it on your opponent's terms. Pick this up if your attention span is built for longish essays.
