I really enjoyed this novel. It's one of my favourites now. I've tried reading Collin's other novels but none have been as successful as The Haunted Hotel.

It was riveting, fast paced and mysterious: my ideal novel. The Haunted Hotel is a mystery, but the plot is simple and easy to understand. It was so easy to get stuck into the book. I promise you, you won't be able to put the book down after the first chapter. It is that absorbing. And after you've finished the book, the story will haunt you because it's such a beautiful, riveting story.

I highly recommend this novel to anyone who is in want of a simple, yet superbly written classic mystery.
