Tweakers, petty crooks, scams and today's LAPD all set in Hollywood. Black humor abounds along with a changing portrait of how the LAPD works now. This not only includes an increasing respect for women cops but also the increasing inability of the police to patrol under state and federal regulations.
This book isn't for everyone, the humor can be broad at times and it definetely P.C. but man I haven't laughed so hard in a long time
