Sway provides several interesting case studies of irrational behavior in practice. I think we can all see a little bit of ourselves in many of the stories in this book. I thought the second, perhaps more interesting, layer of the book explored what motivates people to behave more rationally and processes that we can institute to drive that behavior. For example, altruistic purpose instead of selfish pursuit seemed to be a better motivating agent.
